The K-State Student Union serves as the community center on the Kansas State University campus. Meeting student needs is a top priority. Active participation provides students with opportunities for leadership, student development, and Union governance.

In order for your Union to fulfill its mission to our campus and community, two giving funds have been established.

The Union Excellence Fund allows for immediate upgrades in technology, student scholarships, and building enhancements.

The Sustaining Building Fund will plant the seeds for future growth as K-State continues down the path of being a top 50 research university by 2025. Our facility was originally built in 1956 and was expanded in 1963 and 1970. The last major renovation took place 12 years ago. Our goal is to be a key partner with K-State 2025 and to provide outstanding out-of-classroom experiences. To achieve this, our facility must be able to remain modern, attractive, and in good repair so that we can continue to fulfill our mission in the future.

The Friends of the Union foundation is a wonderful opportunity for you whose life has been touched by experiences at your Union to participate in the continuation of its proud traditions.
