Download our PDF application or pick one up at the K-State Student Union Human Resource Office. Applications will be screened and interviews conducted by a committee of Student Union staff members, Union Program Council students and Union Governing Board members.

The purpose of the K-State Student Union Ambassador Program is to provide outstanding student leaders with the opportunity to become a liaison with prospective students, on-campus organizations and the Manhattan/K-State community as a whole to promote the K-State Student Union.

Upon selection, Student Ambassadors will:

  • attend community meetings on behalf of the Union,
  • assist the Union Program Council with high-profile events, including Family Day, Senior Days and Open House,
  • assist during New Student Orientation and Enrollment providing information about the K-State Student Union to new students,
  • represent students on Union in-house committees
