The K-State Student Union Recreation Center has 16 bowling lanes fully equipped with automatic scoring. We offer Open Bowling seven days a week. We even have bumper bowling available for youngsters 10 and under. Check out our specials below - there’s something for everyone. All prices are per game per person.
At the beginning of each semester, new bowling leagues are formed. We offer men’s, women’s, and mixed leagues.
Rates
Monday - Thursday (before 6 p.m.)
- $2.60 per game
- $2.00 per game (with valid K-State Student ID)
Friday - Sunday and after 6 p.m. on all days
- $2.95 per game
- $2.35 per game (with valid K-State Student ID)
Shoes
- $1.60 per pair (sales tax not included)
PBR Mondays
On PBR Mondays, your Union Recreation Center has special prices from 6pm-11pm.
- Bowling - $1.25 per game
- Billiards - $1.25 per half hour
- Shoe rental - $1.25 per pair
- Large sodas - $1.25
- 12oz PBR cans - $1.50

Thursday Starts the Weekend at your K-State Student Union Recreation Center! Come on in from 10:30pm to 1am for bowling, billiards, shoes, sodas and draws, all for just $1.25 each, and no cover charge! It’s the perfect way to start your weekend a day early! Not available during the summer.

With Purple Pin Fridays, your Recreation Center gives you a chance to feel like a real winner. On Fridays between 8 am and 5 pm, if you roll a strike with a purple headpin, you win a free game! It doesn’t get much better than that! Stop by and see if you can win!

Rock’It Bowling is an exciting night out featuring a state-of-the-art sound system, live DJ, glow-in-the-dark lanes, and a colorful light show, all in a smoke-free environment. Prizes are given out throughout the Rock’It Bowl session. Perfect for dates or just hanging out with friends!
Rock’It Bowl rocks the house each Friday night from 10:30pm to 1:00am. No coupons, discounts, or reservations are accepted during Rock’It Bowl.
Rock’It bowl is not offered during summer operations.

On Saturday mornings, the Union Recreation Center gives you a unique opportunity to get your money’s worth of bowling. From 9am to noon, you can rent a lane for just $6 per hour. During that time, you can play as many games as you’d like with as many other people as you’d like! We don’t take reservations for this time, so if you want to make sure you get a lane, you should come early!

Our Pro Shop in the Recreation Center is ready to meet your bowling equipment needs. Equipment is available for anyone from beginners to pros. Experienced personnel can help you choose the right ball for you and expertly drill it on site to fit like a glove.
