Graduation regalia, including Ph.D. items, are available online through the K-State Campus Store partner Herf Jones.

Orders placed before Friday, Oct. 20, 2025  will be available for pick up at the campus store's Pick up Party from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025 in the K-State Student Union Courtyard.

The deadline for all online regalia orders is Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025.

Orders for custom faculty and Ph.D. apparel are taken year-round at the store. Please allow eight weeks for manufacturing and delivery of custom products. The deadline for fine regalia purchases for fall commencement has passed, so make note for next semester.
