2026 Spring Week of Welcome Planning Meeting
Kansas State University’s Week of Welcome is a semi-annual, university-wide event series designed to foster students’ sense of belonging, build community and connect students to involvement opportunities and campus resources. WOW takes place during the first week of class each fall and spring semester.
University colleges, departments and recognized student organizations are invited to plan and host events during Spring WOW from January 20-25, 2026. A campus-wide planning meeting will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 4 in Union 114 (SPI conference room) and via Zoom. All are invited to attend. Attendees will learn about the purpose and goals of Week of Welcome, as well as signature events hosted by SPI, and marketing details. Guests who are considering planning events are encouraged to attend to streamline communication and planning. Please RSVP in OrgCentral.
The priority deadline to register to host an event is December 16. More information about event registration can be found here.
