Supervisory Responsability: No
Work Schedule: Not to exceed 30 hours/week when school is in session. International students’ schedules not to exceed 20 hours/week when school is in session.
Pay Rate: $11.25/hour
Close Date: Aug 31, 2026
Positions open for summer break and fall semester. Responsible for supporting the department with administrative and/or project-based tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Functions:
- Responsible for customer experience by maintaining efficient, fast, friendly, and personalized services by developing a rapport with our customers.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Maintain the highest quality products by adhering to standard food safe procedures.
- Accurately ring sale orders into the Point-of-Sale system (POS): count back change to customers.
- Report all customer complaints to manager on duty and respond proactively to prevent customer service situations.
- Report potential safety hazards, employee incidents, and operational inconsistencies to the manager on duty.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years of age (18 years of age for maintenance department)
- Enrolled in no fewer than six credit hours (for student position only)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational and time management skills
Preferred Experience:
- Cash handling
- Point-of-Sale Experience
- Commercial food preparation and safety
Skills and Abilities:
Remain standing 75% of shift. Finger dexterity/movement for typing, picking up small objects and utilizing varying office equipment. Sight to view computer, documents, and general quick-service machinery. Verbal and written communication to present, convey and exchange information and ideas accurately and quickly. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the key functions of this position.
