Why are my Lyft passes not showing up?

SafeRide discounts are automatically applied during program hours (10pm-3am, Thursday through Saturday). If you are trying to order a ride outside of this window, SafeRide discounts will not appear.
You may also be logged into the Lyft app using a personal email account. To use SafeRide, open the Lyft app, click the person icon, select Settings, and change your email to your @k-state.edu email address.
