Richard Blackburn (1964-1973)

During Mr. Blackburn's tenure as Director, the Union completed its second renovation in 1970. The enhancement included the addition of the Bookstore, Forum Hall and other rooms. 

Mr. Blackburn also served as President and Executive Director of the Association of College Unions International.
