Reservation Policies

  • Cancellations of meeting rooms will be accepted 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Union Director’s Office.
  • Room reservations do not include food and beverage charges or orders. If you would like to bring food in for an event, please contact the Director’s Office at 785-532-6591. Conference meal allowance options are available. 
  • The Union is a smoke-free and tobacco-free building.
  • Rearranging a room from the standard set up will result in a reset charge.
