Gluten Sensitivity and Gluten Allergen Options
Please let your server know if you have a gluten allergy. They will mark it on your order when they send it to the kitchen to ensure your safety.
Gluten sensitivity and gluten allergy-friendly entrées:
- Salmon Power Plate | Pan-seared or blackened salmon served with Kansas sorghum pilaf and roosted root veggies (both sides are gluten-sensitive friendly).
- Substitute a gluten-free bun for $1.50 when you order one of Union Station by JP's gourmet burgers.
- Substitute a bed of spinach for the croissant on the Tropical Chicken Salad Sandwich.
- Ask for no side of bread for salads.

- Caprese stack | heirloom tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil, finished with a porter-balsamic reduction

Vegetarian Options
- Artisan Grilled Cheese | roasted garlic cream cheese, white cheddar, pepper jack and gruyère on rustic sourdough bread
- Herbivore Salad | roasted root vegetables (beets, carrots, potatoes), cherry tomatoes, roasted sunflower seeds and fresh mozzarella on arugula mix; served with creamy curry dressing
- Sunflower Salad (make vegetarian by asking for no chicken) | arugula and baby spinach topped with strawberry, kiwi, mango, orange, blueberries, candied pecans, roasted sunflower seeds, blueberry stilton cheese and smoked chicken; served with strawberry vinaigrette
- Veggie West Burger: a mixture of black beans, bell pepper and seasonings, finished with a drizzle of chipotle mayo
