Per last week's email, an elbow needs to be added to the drain line coming from the north wall of the Hunt Brothers prep kitchen to accommodate service to an automated beverage dispensing unit that will be installed in that location in July. Per the report, there needs to be a vertical aspect to the line so that a drain line from the machine can be used there.
