Observed a flow splitter on the mop sink faucet missing a vacuum breaker device. The splitter was installed to accommodate the chemical dispensing system (which have their own internal vacuum breakers) and a hose for cleaning and filling the mop buckets. Discussed with the team about obtaining and installing a vacuum breaker in between the hose and the faucet end to avoid soiled water being pulled into the clean water system and contaminating it.
