I tried changing batteries but it seems like the pull/tear switch that gets triggered when you pull a towel off the roll isn't triggering and causing the paper towel dispenser to not do anything because it thinks there is still a towel there until i reset the cover switch and then it will sense again for one time and hang in the same position.
