Willie’s Soda Bar Opens in the K-State Student Union
A new place to sip, mix, and refresh has arrived on campus. Willie’s Soda Bar officially opens in the K-State Student Union, offering Wildcats a creative twist on classic sodas with customizable drink combinations made from fresh fruit, flavored syrups, and fizzy favorites.
More than just a new stop for drinks, Willie's Soda Bar is an in-house grown concept developed by the K-State Student Union to enhance the Wildcat experience. Whether you need a quick pit stop between classes, something to sip on while you study, or a refreshing pick-me-up to power through the day, Willie's offers something for every moment. Featuring Wildcat and K-State inspired signature drinks alongside endless build-your-own combinations, student baristas craft each drink to order, creating a fun and welcoming space for students, faculty, and visitors alike.
A Grand Opening celebration and ribbon cutting is set for Wednesday Feb. 18th, from 11 am to 1 pm. This will include some tasteful samples, limited souvenir cups, and a few unique give-away items.
Willie’s Soda Bar is open 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Students, faculty and community are invited to stop by, try a signature drink, or create their own go-to soda combination.
