Welcome Bash

10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, The Quad

The official kickoff to the semester! Start your first day of classes by stopping by the Quad for a fun, laid-back celebration featuring games, activities, giveaways, photo opportunities, and more. Meet fellow Wildcats, connect with campus resources, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere as we celebrate the start of a new academic year!

Welcome Snack Bags

11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, Multicultural Student Center

Swing by the Multicultural Student Center on Monday to get free snack bags to celebrate the first week of classes!

Get the Scoop

5:15-7:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, Lafene Health Center

Tour Lafene Health Center and Lafene CAPS to learn about the services they offer. Enjoy free ice cream while supplies last.

Hale of a Welcome

10 a.m.-12 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, Hale Library

Join us for a Hale of a Welcome at Hale Library! Discover how K-State Libraries and campus partners located in Hale Library can support your success while enjoying fun games, free snacks, frozen treats, complimentary LMNT hydration packets, and cans of BUBBL’R while supplies last. Students will also have the opportunity to enter for a chance to win giveaways throughout the event.

PAWS and Relax

1-3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, Center for Student Well-Being, 217 K-State Student Union

Take a break from the first week of classes and stop by the Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being. Meet Oakley the Therapy Dog, enjoy a free chair massage from a Certified Massage Therapist, enjoy snacks, and learn about programs and resources to support your well-being.

Rec Fest

6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, Recreation Complex

Join us at the K-State Rec Center for an exciting open house event designed to welcome students and showcase everything the facility has to offer.

Lunch on the Plaza

11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, Bosco Student Plaza

Kick off the school year with one of K-State’s favorite Welcome Week traditions! Join us on Bosco Student Plaza for a free lunch, live music, and a chance to meet new Wildcats and reconnect with friends!

Activities Carnival

6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, K-State Student Union

Explore hundreds of student organizations here at K-State! Browse tables hosted by academic, community service, fraternity & sorority, honorary, multicultural, religious, special interest, and sport clubs, and speak directly with current student members.

International Block Party

7-10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, Bosco Student Plaza

Kick off the new semester at one of the biggest events of Week of Welcome! The International Block Party is your chance to connect with new friends, enjoy free food from a variety of food trucks (while supplies last), and dance to live DJ music. This high-energy atmosphere is the perfect way to celebrate the start of the year and get a taste of everything campus life has to offer. Don’t miss out!
