Student Creative Services offers a variety of service packages to meet the needs of student organizations. To ensure consistency in deliverables, projects are split into tiered packages by category of work.

Brand Strategy

Package 1: The Launchpad
Timeline: 4+ weeks

  • Ideal for new clubs or clubs without branding or social media presence.
  • Includes any or all of the following:
    • Visual identity development
    • Strategy development
    • Quick content creation
    • Social media calendar
    • Social media templates

Package 2: The Audit
Timeline: 2-3 weeks

  • Ideal for established clubs looking to revitalize their brand presence.
  • Includes any or all of the following:
    • Strategy revision
    • SWOT analysis
    • Market research
    • Quick content creation
    • Visual identity refresh

Social Media

Package 1: Content Express
Timeline: 1-3 weeks*

  • 1-8* assets; quick graphics or short video content.
  • SCS can work with clients to develop the content idea prior to filming.
  • *Upon request, SCS can create ongoing content for social media use. Limit one month of content per project request. Limit of 8 simple graphics or 4 videos per month, or any combination. Videos count for 2 graphics.

Package 2: The Blueprint
Timeline: 3+ weeks

  • SCS will develop 2-3 months of content plans formatted in a content calendar.
  • This package may require multiple meetings, including consultation and an analysis of existing content and client’s needs.
  • This package does not provide content for the calendar. SCS creates a strategy and plan for social media managers to work from.

Package 3: Template Toolkit
Timeline: 2 weeks

  • 1-3 simple assets
  • SCS creates tailored social media templates for use by a client in the future.
  • Templates available as PNGs, PDFs or Adobe Illustrator files upon request.

Graphic Design

Package 1: Design Express
Timeline: 1 week

  • 1-2 assets.
  • This package is meant for simple promotions or events.
  • Anything from a single poster to a social media post, this is best for quick, simple and easy content.

Package 2: Ol’ Reliable
Timeline: 2-3 weeks

  • 2-6 assets.
  • This package is meant for sizeable promotions or events.
  • Some projects (logos, pamphlets, etc.) that are larger in scale while still only requiring 1-2 assets may fall into this package due to time required.

Package 3: Oops! All Assets!
Timeline: 3+ weeks

  • 6+ assets.
  • This package is meant for very large promotions or events that require creation of a variety of assets.
  • Please allow for as much lead time as possible on substantial projects.


Project timelines are estimates and based upon timely response from clients. 

Student Creative Services staff are full-time students and part-time employees. Students staff only work during regular office hours. Correspondence and project contribution are not promised during weekends, breaks and holidays.
