Message Requirements

• Messages are limited to 15 words or 100 characters.
• Logos and photographs must have a resolution of at least 150 dpi.
• Files can be submitted ONLY in the following formats: bitmap, gif, jpeg or png.
• Completed message size requirements: 405 x 225 pixels at 150 dpi.
• The minimum message suggested components
  • Campus entity name and/or logo
  • Date, time, and place of the event
  • Cost of event
• Any use of protected K-State logos or trademarks must follow university trademark and licensing agreements and policies. http://www.k-state.edu/logos/
