Qdoba Allergy FAQ
Question
Qdoba
Answer
Qdoba takes cross-contamination seriously during preparation, cooking and serving guests. The Qdoba line set up is designed to prevent cross-contamination of allergen items into other items. (Ex: dairy is always placed at the front, towards the server, as to not drip cheese into salsas.) Mention your allergies at the beginning of the line and Qdoba servers will be happy to re-wash their hands and change gloves.
