Sponsoring a Food Truck Event
Campus groups, organizations or departments interested in sponsoring an event utilizing the services of a food truck must follow the university's established protocols and guidelines to ensure a smooth and easy process.
Requirements:
- All food trucks operating on campus must be approved, authorized and under contract with the university.
- All food truck events must be approved by University Facilities.
- All locations for food truck operations must be approved by facilities and parking services.
- All sponsored food trucks must adhere to university guidelines.
Steps to Follow:
- Step One: Complete the information form providing details of the event.
- Submission of the form will automatically be forwarded to the Union director's office, university facilities and parking services.
- Step Two: Contact facilities for location reservations and approval.
- Complete and submit the online form to facilities.
- Step Three: The sponsor will procure the services of the approved food truck(s) of their choice.
- Contact the food truck(s) and negotiate the services provided.
