Campus groups, organizations or departments interested in sponsoring an event utilizing the services of a food truck must follow the university's established protocols and guidelines to ensure a smooth and easy process.

Requirements:

• All food trucks operating on campus must be approved, authorized and under contract with the university.
• All food truck events must be approved by University Facilities.
• All locations for food truck operations must be approved by facilities and parking services.
• All sponsored food trucks must adhere to university guidelines.

Steps to Follow:

• Step One: Complete the information form providing details of the event.  
  • Submission of the form will automatically be forwarded to the Union director's office, university facilities and parking services. 
• Step Two: Contact facilities for location reservations and approval.
  • Complete and submit the online form to facilities.   
• Step Three: The sponsor will procure the services of the approved food truck(s) of their choice.
  • Contact the food truck(s) and negotiate the services provided.
