The Union understands the appeal of providing catering services via food trucks by student organizations, university departments and other groups for special campus events and as such, administers the use of food trucks at Kansas State University.

Before operating on campus, food truck operators are required to complete the vendor approval process in order to maintain safety, organization, financial and service standards. Once all documentation has been received and approved, the food truck and the owner/operator are cleared to begin providing services to campus.

Groups wanting to sponsor an event are able to review information about each approved food truck on the Union's website. Vendors will work directly with sponsoring groups for all details on events.
