Your Union Food Service, provided by Sodexo, recently participated in Sodexo's Consumer Insight customer satisfaction survey. The survey is conducted to understand customer expectations and measure performance. Union Food Service was identified as a top performer, ranking in the top 25 sites across the campus services division. In the category of "Likelihood to Recommend," Union Food Service received a 91.8% rating, while the national rating is averaged at 74%. Union Food Service's "Overall Satisfaction" rate was 94.3% with the national rate at 78%.
