Careers Insured Obstacle Course
Do you think you have what it takes to overcome “real world” obstacles as life inevitably takes its course?
Stop by the Bosco Student Plaza from noon-7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 12 to find out.
Careers Insured, presented by the Insurance Information Institute (I.I.I) and the K-State Student Union, will host an inflatable obstacle course set up on the plaza for students to “enter at their own risk,” alongside insurance ambassadors who will be deployed throughout the space to offer career path information.
In addition to the obstacle course, there will be free food, swag, great photo ops for students to enhance their Instagram feed, live entertainment from 91.9 KSDB MANHATTAN and the chance for participating students to win a $500 K-State Campus Store gift card!
Students interested in a great career in the many areas that insurance touches – from accounting to marketing to engineering – will receive key resources on the steps needed to succeed and will be among the first to access and utilize CareersInsured.org – the industry’s latest one-stop-shop career hub.
There will also be the opportunity for students to speak with representatives from top insurance companies, such as Farmers Insurance and Lockton Companies for more information.
