Fall 2020 Graduation Regalia Returns
To return regalia purchased online from CB Grad/Balfour, reach out to them directly regarding their returns policy at either cbgrad.com or 800-433-0296.
With the newly announced cancellation to Kansas State University commencement plans, the K-State Campus Store will be issuing refunds on recently purchased or rented graduation regalia for individuals opting to not participate in the virtual ceremonies. The store will be accepting open packages, but purchase receipts are required. (Purchases must be from the K-State Campus Store, not through CB Grad/Balfour.)

Bachelor's and Master's
The K-State Campus Store will be issuing refunds on recently purchased Bachelor’s and Master’s graduation regalia. The store will be accepting open packages, but purchase receipts are required.
Regalia returns can be in-store or via mail. Customers mailing their regalia will need to:
- Package regalia for return shipping, including receipt.
- Include full contact information in package: Name, phone number, email, return address
- Ship to:

The deadline for refunds is 6 p.m., Friday, Nov. 20, 2020 for in-store returns. Mail return packages must be postmarked by Nov. 20, 2020. The K-State Campus Store will be open from 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday through Nov. 20, 2020.

Doctoral Students
Doctoral students seeking a regalia refund must contact the K-State Campus Store by the end of the business day on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020. Store hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Faculty/Staff
Faculty and staff may call the store at 785-532-6583 or via email at km.crawford@follett.com to cancel regalia reservations. Customers will receive a confirmation for cancellation refunds.
