Please find instructions for how to submit an online reservation request below. If you have questions or would like more information, contact us:

Request a Space

Union meeting room requests can be made with the online reservations tool.


  • Create an online account (green "Request an Account" button)
  • Receive login information via email from the Union Director’s Office within three business days
  • Sign in to the online system
  • Select room and equipment choices
  • Submit reservation request
  • Receive email confirmation from the Union Director’s Office
